The Second Chance (blurb) Have you ever been introduced to someone and felt an immediate connection? Have you ever been to a new place and felt like you’d been there before?
Max Miller met Anneliese Keller on the steps of the hospital at Ramstein Air Force Base in Kaiserslautern, Germany and felt an immediate connection. Sure, they had a lot in common; for starters they both were being treated by the base psychiatrist. Oh yeah, and they thought they might be, well, um...reincarnated. Max and Anneliese decided if they were going to be crazy, they’d rather be crazy together.
Anneliese and Max start having dreams or memories of their past lives. Max is confident that he and Anneliese were together in the past and are destined to be together in the future. Anneliese fears their past lives will reveal they were part of a horrific piece of Germany’s history; the Holocaust.
As the dremories, you know...dreams that might be memories, of Nazi Germany become more intense Max and Anneliese rely on each other for support even as Anneliese begins to suspect something or someone isn’t as it appears. Is Max the guy of her dreams or is he the reason for her nightmares?
